If your modem does not work when it is connected to an INFOSEC UPS SYSTEM surge protector, and it works perfectly when directly connected (without the surge protector electrical connection), your surge protector is probably faulty (perhaps it was subjected to a significant surge). If your surge protector socket is still under warranty, it is possible to request a replacement from us, return it with the cashier's receipt. See the address below.
