I install the software but the UPS is not recognized

I install the software but the UPS is not recognized. It may be that you have selected the Windows XPT UPS function. This prevents the operation of our software. Unselect the Windows XPT UPS function within the configuration/power option/UPS panel. If this still does not work, it is possible to download different software named Winpower at the following website: www.ups-software-download.com.
